A 50-seat restaurant typically needs an 8'×10' or 10'×10' cooler; a grocery store typically needs larger or multiple units. Our team helps you calculate the right dimensions based on your operation.
Indoor Split protects the condenser from weather and is quieter outside — best when indoor space is available and heat from the unit doesn't matter. Outdoor Split removes heat from your building and is quieter inside — best for restaurants and food prep areas. Packaged integrates everything into one assembly — best for fast install and smaller-to-medium walk-ins.
Yes — and most ICC walk-ins are custom. We build to your exact dimensions, panel thickness, layout (L-shape, T-shape, U-shape, pass-through), door configuration, refrigerant, multi-zone temperature splits, and finishes. Standard sizes are a starting point, not a constraint.
Stock units ship within 48 hours after quote approval. Custom-built units ship within 5 business days. Transit time depends on your location in Alberta or Western Canada.
Standard units typically install in 1 to 3 days. Custom configurations with multiple temperature zones, special doors, or non-standard footprints may take longer. We can connect you with installation contractors in your area.
Standard configurations run on R-448A and R-449A — the current industry standards replacing R-404A. Other refrigerants available on request. All systems are A2L-ready for future regulatory transitions.
